Rotary Bakery Oven

  Rotary oven is manufactured to produce enough steam for baking. This model can be
operated with the natural gas or by electricity. The trolley loaded with dough is wheeled on the rotating disc in the baking chamber of the oven. The baking is accomplised by direct contact of doughs on the trolley with the hot air heated in the burning chamber.

The external dimensions of the oven are ( height 240 cm , length 185 cm, width 130 cm.
The internal body of the oven is made of stainless steel with rockwool isolator of 6 cm thickness.
The front face of oven is equipped with control panel .
There is a digital thermostat conductor (400 oC ).
There is a digital timer (min. ,sec. ).
There is a circuit breaker for safety.
All electrical wires connections are thermal type with diameter 2.5 mm.
Burning chamber is made of steel with thickness of 3mm and its dimensions are 52 cm X 60 cm X 85 cm.
Trolley capacity is 18 plates , each plate with dimensions 80 cm x 60 cm, and trolley has 4 thermal Teflon wheels.
Plates of the trolley is made of steel with 1.5 mm thickness .
Rotated trolley is operated with motor 1 hp ,speed 28 rpm
Blower size of hot air is 10" and its speed is 2800 rpm.
Burner capacity is 12G .
Door of the oven is made of stainless steel with thickness 1.5 mm, there is a thermo glassy open with 6 mm thickness and its dimension are 35 cm x 70 cm.
Steam chimney fan works with motor 1 hp, speed 1400 rpm.
Steam valve is operated with motor 1/4 hp.
steam plates are made of steel with thickness 5mm.
