This production line consists of extrusion machine for profile pipe, melting extrusion machine, twisting shaping machine, cutting machine and related accessory machines. It features large output, high efficiency, steady operation, high circular stiffness of tubing, light weight per meter, good creep resisting performance, easy connection and economical construction.



We use special designed high efficiency single-screw extruders; the screw and barrel are in unique design which helps to have low energy consumption, fine plastification and reasonable mold structure. Rotational molding after combined feed by two machines is perfect and unique in design.
